This is a mandate form. In case of existing schools, the complete list of teaching and non-teaching staffs should be attached with franchise application form. The fresh applicants will have to produce it before the secondary-level-verification. The name , qualification, designation column should be filled in block letters only. The applicant organizations should follow the qualification-eligibility criteria of the state government and appoint staffs at their own responsibility and affordability. Additional sheets may be attached to provide complete list of staffs.
